2 oz Dried Cranberries
1 oz Dried Montmorency Cherries
1/2 oz Golden Raisins
1/2 oz Zante Currants
1/8 tsp. Vanilla Extract.
Simmered dried fruits in water until they plump up and are soft, but not mushy. Drain any remaining water.
Add Vanilla extract and cool.
Naughty Version
The original is fat free and low cal.
This version pops up the flavor.
Add a tsp to a tbsp of REAL butter to taste.
Add a splash of rum.
