Creamy Marsala Chicken
Classic Italian Chicken Marsala.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced*
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1½ cups sliced mushrooms
½ cup Marsala wine
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh Chopped Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Use 1 TBSP Olive Oil and pan fry chickens to golden brown, lightly salt and pepper.
Set Chicken aside.
1 Tbsp Olive Oil to saute mushrooms for about 1 or 2 minutes.
Add Marsala wine, at medium heat bring to boild for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth
Add heavy whipping cream
Add tarragon and garlic
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until it starts to thicken (10 minutes range)
Add the chicken back in to the sauce, simmer to reheat chicken for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve. Recommend Garlic Potatoes.
