Cucumber Yogurt dip

 Great on Pita bread as a condiment for Gyros.


2 cups plain Yogurt

1 Large Cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped.

2 Cloves finely chopped Garlic

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp White Vinegar

Salt/Pepper to taste.


Stir yogurt in large bowl until smooth.

Fold in Cucumber, Oil, Garlic, Vineger..

Season

Refridgerate one hour to blend flavors.
