Great 7 Up Biscuits
This makes the most amazing biscuits.
Recipe is hard to find so here it is:
4 cups Bisquick
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7-up
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix bisquick, sour cream and 7 up. Dough will be very sticky. Use extra Bisquick to dust working surface and your hands. Dust dough also until coated with Bisquick mix. Pat dough out to about one inch high, and cut biscuits using a round biscuit / cookie cutter dipped in bisquick mix. Drizzle melted butter in bottom of cookie sheet pan or 9x13 casserole dish. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and drizzle some across the top of biscuits. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown at 425 degrees,
