My Chicken Cordon Bleu
Make a coating mix of Progresso seasoned bread crumbs, add 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, add 3 tbsp dry grated parmesan cheese.
>>>> Take skinned and boned Chicken Breast, Coat with Mayonnaise or Caesar Salad Dressing.
Coat with coating mix. Place in Oven proof dish. Place in preheated 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until almost done. (depends on if thawed or fresh and oven temps vary.)
Then place thin slices of Honey Ham Deli Ham on each breast. Top with slice of Baby Swiss Cheese.
Turn off oven, let heat melt cheese a bit, then serve.
