Banana Bread

REALLY good Banana bread. Take the bananas that turn brown, take off the peel then freeze in a container. Keep in the freezer until you have enough to bake with.
NOTE, must mix in the order given in the instructions, not the ingredient list. It won't work otherwise.

4 tbspns Milk
1 tbspns vinegar
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tspn baking soda
1 tspn vanilla
1 cup finely chopped nuts (Optional)
3 bananas - Mashed
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Mix Milk & Vinegar together - Set aside.
Blend butter, eggs, sugar, spices and vanilla with mixer
Blend flour and baking soda together, add to butter mixture.
Add Bananas and mix
Add Milk & Vinegar.
Add Nuts.

Cook in greased large loaf pan (we use a 9 x 13 pan) or bundt pan 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.
