Sues 7 Can Chii

I used for my scout troop camp outs. It's easy to double for larger crowds.
Very versatile hearty dish to make.

Using 15 to 16 oz can

2 cans Hormel chili with beans
1 can red kidney beans drained
1 can pinto beans drained
1 can chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pound lean ground beef
chopped small onion (can use dried onion)
1 tablespoon of Greek seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic.

Brown ground beef, onions, and Greek seasoning in olive oil
add each of the cans and garlic let simmer for a very mild flavorful chili.

Can be jazzed up by adding can of black beans (drained)
or cup of frozen corn or a couple of dashes of hot sauce if you like spicy, drop in jalapenos for
some more heat or all of above.

You can use seasoned/southwest style diced tomatoes
and the chili beans and pinto beans also come in a southwest flavors.
Sprinkle on some shredded co-jack cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Serve over rice or with cornbread.

Always better the next day!
