2 Medium Squash, finely sliced (our favorite is yellow, but zucchini works as well)
1/4 onion finely slivered.
Splash of milk
Tube of Ritz crackers, crushed.
1/2 - 1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt, Pepper or Greek Seasoning
Grease baking dish, mix ingredients and put them in baking dish. Add pats of butter and more cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
