Sweet Potato Cassarole

Yes Theresa this is from the recipe you got from Heather when you were 12.

350 degrees F. Crumble topping on sweet potatoes and bake uncoverd for 30 minutes (watch it carefully because the butter may spill over!) (Use a baking sheet underneath, it WILL spill over - Sue)
3 cups of canned sweet potatoes (mashed)
1/3 cup of sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 of vanilla
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 melted stick of butter

Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. lightly greased casserole dish.

Topping
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 melted stick of butter

7 - 8 servings
