Rum Balls

1 cup Butter, Softened

1/4 cup confectioners Sugar

1 tsps Vanilla

1 tbs Rum

1 tsp Water

2 cups sifted Flour

1 cup chopped Pecans


Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Cream together butter and sugar

Add Vanilla, Rum and water

Add Flour and nuts and mix well.

Form small balls from teaspoon.

Bake on ungreased  cookie sheet for 15 - 20 minutes, or until lightly Browned.

Remove from oven and while still warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Makes 3 1/2 doz.
